What should a homeowner expect when getting a free in home estimate? |

A homeowner should expect their appointment to take approximately one hour to one and a half hours, depending on how many windows and how many questions they have. Our design consultants will ask some questions to get to know the needs of the homeowner. A picture book with past projects is helpful to the homeowner. It will help with ideas. An approximate measure of each window will be taken to be able to give a written detailed estimate describing what we will do at each window opening. A separate price for product and installation will be given. At the end of the appointment our consultants will ask for your business but never pressure a homeowner to sign today.
Our philosophy is to sell products and services like we would to our own parents or family. We would never want someone in our family to be pressured to buy now with the threat that the “offer will not be good tomorrow.”
