EnergyGuard Windows & Doors has been providing superior design, consultation and installation service, with quality windows, entry doors and patio doors to the Newberg, Sherwood, Beaverton and Portland, Oregon metropolitan areas with over 40 years of experience.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a small, high quality window and door replacement company that is experiencing rapid growth and looking for the right person to join our team. In this role, the window & door installer will help prep the home for installation, remove the old windows & doors, replace with the new and clean-up the site upon project completion.
SCHEDULE
Full-Time, with potential for over-time.
Mon-Fri, Occasional Saturday’s.
REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYMENT
Experience:
- Knowledge and ability using basic hand tools
- Experience with using scaffolding
- Previous window install experience preferred. Will train the right candidate
- Able to do caulking proficiently
- Must be 18 or older to apply
- Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Honesty, punctuality and attention to detail are critical
Traits:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
- Must be able to bend and stoop at times and be able to lift 60-80LB
- Must be able to stand most of the shift
- Able to work an 8-hour shift and work 5 days a week. Monday through Friday
Compensation
- $20-$24 DOE
